
Aldgate Union in the City
Set within the emerging eastern gateway of the City of London, the Elliott-Thomas Aldgate Union development site included an existing 250,000 square feet, early 1980s office building and three adjacent parcels, with rights for a phased development of up to 1.5 million square feet.
Phase I consists of the complete refurbishment, rationalisation and extension of the existing building as well as the addition of a further 200,000 square feet to create a new single Grade-A building of approximately 550,000 square feet.
Elliott Thomas is providing manned, front of house security for the unoccupied building including patrols, CCTV monitoring, key management and visitor liaison.
