Logicap Limited is a company owned 50/50 by Elliott Thomas and Wilson James. Managing Director of the new company is Bob Crowley.

Logicap aims to contribute significantly to the efficiency of construction projects through logistic excellence, in order to reduce waste, crime, accidents, community and environmental impact, but also increase quality, programme certainty, community benefit, and profitability.

The new company has the management skills which, coupled with the logistics capability experience of the pioneering partnering companies, give it unrivalled knowledge to fulfil the expectations and requirements of Developers and Contractors.

Pre-construction consultancy, essential in recognising and dealing with fast-moving construction and legal changes as well as advising on use of new technologies and innovative working practices, benefits through this analytical and logistical approach.

Assisting Bob in the new company is Administration Manager, Julie McCreadie. Her background in journalism and public relations, both online and offline will embrace a marketing focus in the company's administration practices.
